Spring 2016 I had the honor of joining Rick Loya’s APA 8ball team – Just Playin.
This is a family affair and Rick’s team was filled with Loyas. They are all good shots — must be something in the DNA! It was fun to play with them this season – there were nights the 2s and 3s were holding it down and coming up 3-0 and of course it’s always fun to watch Rick shut it out 5-0. He’s a regular winner at the Ujpest Saturday Night Tournaments and while it’s easy to underestimate him, it would be a mistake. His banks, kicks and cuts are always on point!
