Jane’s Highlights was the tiny spark of inspiration that led me to create my instagram feed and ultimately this site. I always wanted a way to share my poolworld in a way that even non-poolplayers could appreciate.
Pool has been my obsession since I was 14. I’ve been playing longer than I’d care to admit. I’ve seen so many amazing shots and met countless kindred spirits on my pool-adventure. In the last year or so, I’ve managed to capture some of my best shots. I even impressed myself with a few of them π

We lost our first match and ripped through the left side of the bracket to get to the Top 8 and Redraw. We won the Hotseat match and lost the first round of the finals double hill.

The final set we won 6-1, and it was a pleasure to play with Pom this weekend. Thank you for being my partner! π
So many incredible outs and smart safeties, lots of waiting and tons of pressure to compete with a field of super tough teams.

It is the ideal home table - super quiet π€«- the carpet in the ball return - and the design of the pockets makes this table super #stealthy! You really have to pay attention, cause itβs easy to miss hearing the balls drop!
Rails are bouncy, and it jumps so easily!!
Pockets are 4.25β, and running rails is fun!
I love the way it plays!! π«Άπ»

It was a terrific field of #girlsthatplaypool and we had a #strong showing from #Denver!
28 #ladies started bright and early, 9am Saturday and were finished 17 hours later. π―ββοΈπ―ββοΈπ―ββοΈ
I went 9-1, and played a ton of great women and #battled it out all day, and well into the wee hours of the night. π
These tables were tough valleys, slower than the #diamonds, with super tiny side pockets. It was challenging to get a good break, and all day, it didnβt always feel like an advantage to win the break. π
So many matches. So many good shots. Such rolls - good and bad for all of us.... it was a great day of battle π₯
I was rolling #inthezone during my left side matches and got the only #BNR all day, helping to secure the #shutout in the finals. π€
So much #focus, #concentration, #excitement and #adrenaline! It felt #phenomenal!!! ππ

I made 2 awesome kicks on the #eightball, got a #bnr and a #8ballbreak couple nice table runs and generally #kickedass.
