Hi, this is @catannc and I just #taught her to #jump. She is a new #APALEAGUE 4/4 and improving at an #incredible pace 🙋🏻♀️
She tried out a couple other jump cues, but the #PredatorAir2 was by far her #favorite. #itssoeasy! 😜
After talking her through the #stroke and #floatingbridge, you could see the #intense #focus she had on every detail and she #executed #perfectly on the very first try.
A few shots later, we set this one up and on her second attempt, she #drilledit too!

This is one of my favorite drills to do. Showed to me by Johan Ruysink Coaching . Teaches you how to navigate the rails , going to exact point specifically where you’d like to hit on the rail is crucial. Can’t go forward and have to switch pockets. Make the seven ball with low left draw, come above the side pocket for the next ball , etc. and it keeps going.
Great drill and something that comes up almost every game!
