I get asked all the time - why play in events you are never gonna win? Well, for me it`s great #experience, #cheap lessons and where else you gonna play the pros for next to nothing? Donating is part of #payingdues. You can`t manufacture that kind of #pressure without putting yourself in #challenging matches.

Spencer is 15 years old. He has been playing since he was 12. His skill excelled quickly, finding players age and skill level equivalent locally was a challenge. So, At 12 years old he started playing adults 10, 20, 30 years his senior. Today, It is common for him to play in tourney`s with professionals and simi pros where he is the only minor.
Some people ask him why do you play in these hard tourney w #professionals and champions where you barely have a #chance to place and or #win?
The answer is #simple.
You lose to #learn.
The only way to get better at any game is play w others better or far better than you.
Spencer has a long way to get to where he wants to achieve but, w every victory he gets one baby step closer to his #dreams.
As a parent it`s Awsome and strange how this all happened. The series of events that have made up this journey so far.
The accepting.
The letting go.
The #surrender.
The #work. 🎱🎱🎱👏👏👏👏🎱🎱🎱🎱🎱 Spencer can already take out most better than average pool players and I love how much he loves to #justplay.
